The legendary Winchester Mystery House™ is open daily, except Christmas Day. Tours depart every 15 minutes and begin at 9:00 a.m. The Winchester Mystery House™ remains open rain or shine, refunds and rain checks are not offered for inclement weather.

Tour tickets and Skeleton Key Club annual passes are available for purchase in the Winchester Mystery House™ Gift Store. Our guest relations staff can also assist you with renewing/replacing Skeleton Key Club memberships or redeeming guest discounts for your visit.

ATMs/Credit Cards
For your convenience, Automated Teller Machines are located on the property. The Winchester Mystery House™ accepts American Express®, Visa®, MasterCard®, Discover® and traveler’s checks.

Tour Maps/Transcripts
Maps of the Winchester Mystery House™ are available upon request. Tour transcripts are available to buy in French, Chinese, Vietnamese, German, Japanese and Chinese at our Winchester Gift Shop.

Our guest relations staff will be happy to direct you to the nearest hotels and transportation available in the San Jose area.

Guest with Disabilities
Service animals are welcome on all of our tours and in our café and merchandise locations throughout the Winchester Mystery House™. For hearing impaired guests, tour transcripts are available from your tour guide.

For your convenience, lockers may be rented for a small fee to store items during your visit.

Baby Care
There are changing stations available in our restroom area where you can change and feed your baby.

Attire and Smoking Policy
Proper dress is required; shirt and shoes must be worn at all times. For the comfort and safety of all of our guests, smoking is not permitted on any of the Winchester Mystery House™ tours.
