For decades, the Winchester Mystery House gift shop has sold countless gifts and souvenirs to millions of guests from around the world. The decor and interior of the shop has remained largely unchanged since it’s opening in the early 1970s.
Now, in an effort to further enhance the guest experience, we have recently renovated the entire Winchester Mystery House gift shop! In its newfound layout and design we have taken special consideration to theme our newly titled store, “The Mercantile,” as a rustic, turn-of-the-20th century, country store that Sarah herself may have visited.
Within The Mercantile you’ll notice an all-new design aesthetic featuring beautiful hardwood floors, a more open feel, and if you look closely enough, you may see a few actual artifacts from within Sarah’s house!
With the new Mercantile comes new merchandise as well and, just in time for summer, are three new water bottle designs. Now you can stroll and sip your way through our beautiful, blooming gardens in the coolest of styles.
